2. Brand Responsibilities

Brands using the Services to issue certificates are responsible for the accuracy of the product information associated with those certificates. Brands are also responsible for the secure application and management of physical tokens (e.g., QR codes) linked to digital certificates. AuthenticityProof provides the platform for certificate management and verification; the brand retains responsibility for the physical product and its initial tokenization.

3. Certificate Ownership and Transfer

Digital certificates can be claimed and transferred by users as per the platform's functionality. The history of such transfers is recorded and is a part of the certificate's provenance. You agree to use the transfer features responsibly and only for legitimate transfers of ownership.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or falsify certificate data or history.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its related systems.
• Use the Services to distribute spam or other unsolicited messages.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content and materials included on it (excluding user-provided content like brand logos and product information) are the property of AuthenticityProof or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AUTHENTICITYPROOF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTHENTICITYPROOF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.
